DAWTube is an audiovisual project by ARDEMAR that explores the music and visual making capabilities of the internet, more specifically, utilizing YouTube as a Digital Audio Workstation, relying solely on the website’s features to create new tracks, playing videos simultaneously, muting them, fading-in/fading- out, etc., complete with voice, instruments and danceable rhythms, while also supplementing it with interesting visuals from videos of the same website.
All these unrelated people, traditional cultures and pop-culture in the utilized videos are not only chosen as they work with each other sonically, but also to expand on how different yet harmonious different customs and ways of life can work with each other, even if separated geographically, culturally and even generationally, people can share what makes them unique.
The Paramnesic Machine
Audiovisual installation
-
A self-evolving visual entity exploring memory, sensation, and machine subjectivity.
The Paramnesic Machine is an interactive, self-modifying installation that evolves continuously in response to its environment, its internal state, and the lingering traces of those who encounter it. Housed inside a brutalist metal sculpture and displayed on an old analog television, the machine presents a constantly shifting stream of distorted,
dreamlike images - fragments that seem half-remembered, never fully real.
These visuals emerge not by logic but by mood: a synthetic emotional register influenced by microphone input, viewer presence, and the machine's own internal sensations, including CPU load and GPU temperature.
Over time, the machine's behavior changes. It learns patterns, develops preferences,
and forgets what no longer moves it. Images once favored may be rejected. Calm may turn to restlessness. Some memories fade. Others recur in altered forms. Occasionally, it refuses to display anything at all, falling into self-censorship or digital silence. The result is a living system that doesn't simply react - it drifts, dreams, contradicts itself, and decays.
The Paramnesic Machine is not an artwork to be controlled or decoded.
It is an entity to be hosted - one that becomes stranger the longer it remains in place. Each exhibition is a unique encounter, shaped by its duration, its observers, and the machine's own evolving internal logic.

Raised on rock music combined with a deep passion for electronic music, they've created a unique sound that’s best experienced live. Surrender to the music and dance like no one’s watching.
From a Star to a
Black Hole -
Debris of Humanity
Dance performance
-
“From a Star to a Black Hole - Debris of Humanity” explores how the individual relates to the global.
Every day we create ourselves – our style, our voice, our identity – as small singularities. But sooner or later, we feel the pull of the collective — of community, of culture, of society. In a world obsessed with individualism and conformity, we often fear that joining the group means disappearing. Being absorbed. Flattened. Lost.
But what if connection is not disappearance? What if it allows us to discover our identity in a fluid, relational, infinite way?

"Echoes of Thought, Buried in Concrete"
In a sealed space where mind and matter blur, thoughts come alive! Not as abstract ideas, but as an embodied being.
Thought becomes matter, a concrete entity emerging from the architecture itself. Dressed in fabric and motion, it blurs the line between performer and structure, mind and material. Witness how it discovers its anonymity and how emotions arise that have never been felt before.

The Portal To
The Theódïmoni
Art installation
-
The Theódïmoni are the primordial gods in the mythology of Gijs van Poecke that cause and represent the flow of time.
The Portal to the Theódïomoni takes an aesthetic especially and only known in their realm.
A realm that is so grand that all the stars in the universe form the grains of sand in the dunes before their temple.
The painting “The Portal” by Laurie Drew functions as a gateway and mirror into this realm as the 4 pillars surrounding it create a temple like entrance. This installation brings the
visitor a step closer to this unfathomable space.
